By submitting a form on our website or otherwise providing your phone number to us, you agree to receive text messages from The American Land Company related to your property and any potential transaction. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and we will not send you further marketing texts.

How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. If you have asked us to stop contacting you, we may keep limited information solely to honor that request.
If you reply STOP to a text, your phone number is removed from active outreach within 10 business days and retained only on a do-not-contact suppression list so we can honor the opt-out going forward, except where law requires longer retention.

- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information (subject to any legal obligations)
- Stop contacting you (opt out of calls, texts, or emails)
