What we do
The Company works with landowners and buyers to facilitate the sale and purchase of land. In a typical transaction, we may either:
- Put your property under contract and assign that contract to a buyer who closes on the purchase, or
- Connect you directly with a buyer who purchases the property from you.
We will tell you which structure applies to your transaction. We are not a real estate brokerage. We do not represent buyers or sellers as a licensed agent. We do not collect commissions.
No agency relationship
We are not your real estate agent, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. Nothing on this website or in any communication from us is legal, tax, or financial advice. You are encouraged to consult your own professionals before signing any contract.
Offers are not guarantees
Any value, range, or offer we discuss with you, whether on this website, by phone, by text, or by email, is an estimate based on the information available at the time. It is not a guarantee, appraisal, or commitment to purchase unless we have signed a written purchase agreement together.
Your information
When you submit information to us through the website or by other means, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
SMS messaging terms
